Too expensive, the project manager was not helpful, other companies suggested ideas and worked with us to help make a plan that best suited our needs, he was also over an hour late to meet.

Person did not call when arrived. Person thought I was not home so he left and I was in the background with my phone
I booked an appointment to meet with someone for an estimate on a Saturday between 10am-11:30am. I was supposed to get a call to let me know they were on their way, but it never came. I waited around for hours, and I called to find out what was going on. I was told that someone would be contacting me about the appointment shortly after that, but THAT call never came either. Very, very disappointing.
I had an appointment twice for someone to meet me onsite. The first time, the first person was two hours past the scheduled meeting window. The second appointment, no one ever called, when I called the main office, they never called back. My time was wasted both time. If I was treated this way trying to get an estimate, I dont want to even start business with them.

minimum costs for a project. The estimator informed me that he had a minimum of $650.00 before he could approve any work.
The saleman listen to what i wanted. He was able to provide me with a price that was in my range. Most of all he did not pursure me.

Quality of product and installation.
It was, overall, an acceptable experience. People were friendly, informative, and not pushy. My main complaint is that your company and its automated systems don't seem to be in sync. I got multiple automated emails, texts, etc. that sometimes contradicted what I had already covered either by phone, by email, or in person. It was a bit irritating, but it did not contribute to our decision not to proceed with the project at this time. We would consider Beltway Builders again if we decide on this or another project.

Price is the biggest factor at the moment.
A lot of extra services were proposed that didn't really seem to address the problem. Your company came up in response to a handyman request on Angi. The response was one of a major contractor. We did not seem to be on the same page.
Representative seemed distracted and didn’t appear interested in my business.
This was confirmed by the fact he never sent a proposal.
