You are very unresponsive and no one answers your phones or gets back to us when contacted. We have a contract now and no one has even contacted us about the deposit!
Late to appointment no ladder to assess damage.Long drawn out process on a leaking roof with more damage being caused you all are terrible. My first time exsperience was very dissapointing.

When the estimator was at my house he gave me a price and then when he gave me the written estimate it was nearly double the price quoted previously.
The gentleman was very professional and evaluated the stairs for safety and sent qoute in a timely manner. I'm still waiting on my second qoute to make decision

One contractor had outrageous price for a job where we provided materials and they did labor.

I made a visit. After they visited I called several times no one answered me and they still did not do my job.

Called to get an estimate of a major job and no one ever got back to me! You almost lot a customer. I finally got hold of Michael Cantu and he was here in one day and he did all the measurements and gave me a price, he’s great!
Top notch customer service. It started with the assistance of picking out my doors, receiving the quote, the ordering process and installation. The whole experience was an easy process from start to finish. I have received numerous compliments on my doors, but most importantly, I love the look, craftsmanship and style. They have enhanced the curb appeal of my house.

I might have accepted 500.00 for labor and materials. But not 1000.00
Maybe you priced it that way to avoid the job. Don't know and at this point it doesn't matter. I will seek someone who is interested in earning customers to do the job.
