No - Josh was great. We were just not prepared for the sticker shock ($16,000 - $17,000) and timing for installation (December/January). We have not make a final decision yet and I'm checking out a couple of other options - one of which is to do nothing right now!

The estimate given was overly inflated. It was $8,900 I had two other contractors out before Beltway Builders came out. And their estimates were less than half the price of the estimate I received, with more work to be performed.

Your team was fantastic. They came out to the house, asked what I needed and gave me a quote. The team was very friendly and professional. The quote was a bit higher then I thought so I think we’re going to wait on the service. But your company will be on our list of companies we will use in the future.

I like the professionalism but things are still kind of tight now in this economy and people are still looking for the best price as well.
Too expensive. Same job for $600.00 INSTEAD of $1,800.00.

while I have not yet gone with another company, the price quoted was almost double another quote that I have. While not as important, install would also take place almost 3x later as well.

Yes! Two years ago we paid over $4,000 for a SunSetter awning, On May 31st our remote control wouldn't work and when I contacted your service department I was instructed to photograph the failure and submit them. I have no idea one is supposed to photograph failures but I did send in several photos. Your service team called to inform me that they would send someone but it would be at a cost of $250. I said I would not pay such a price and not deal with Beltway Blinds again. Looking back I recall problems at the outset regarding our initial order which was to include an awning cover that had not been included on the day the awning was delivered. I might mention the problem with the remote failure was that the circuit breaker had been turned off. It would have cost us $250 to have it turned on. I will not encourage anyone to deal with Beltway Blinds.

The two gentlemen who came were knowledgeable and good at explaining things however the price offered was much higher than those proposed by other painters.
Thank you for your efforts but, so far, it seems to me that the prices are unnecessarily high.
The quoted estimate for completing a rug stretching for less that 1/2 section of a room that measures only 21'x 24' exceeded the amount paid for rug stretching for four rooms previously. Also, the amount quoted did not coincide with the amount documented in a write up. The promotional discount dropped an estimated $862.50 to $741.74. As I shared with Mr. Gonzales, I would never have entertain paying that amount. As I shared with him, I did not expect more than $150. I probably would have paid $200 maximum. It may be a job that I will take on myself as I am experienced in doing small renovations.
I did not use Beltway Builders because of the cost.
The cost was 2x of two companies I checked with and over 2x for the one I actually went with.
The service has been excellent. They’ve explained their product compared to other products on the market without throwing competitors under the bus. Very professional.

Josh came by earlier than expected to fit us into his busy schedule and give us a quote. We can tell the Woodland Way puts the customers first and everyone was so kind on the phone and in person. This is the reason it has been around so many years and so successful, thank you so much and we won't be calling anyone else for our home needs!
