Over price for a tiny job I had my 15 year old do

Rep was 3 hours late although did call. Was in a hurry once here. Did not take any measurements. Gave me one option to pay $500 for a public adjuster. Our $500 deductible was already handled with the insurance company so wasn't about to fork over the $ just yet.
Dave Collins was rude and not accommodating. He was attempting to over talk me, as I was explaining my concerns. His customer service will prevent my family from doing business with Beltway Builders. He refused to offer the gift card as well. His broken promises as a representative will be reported. He also, seem very upset, ( turning red in the face) and becoming very short with answers, after we decided not to go with a $15-20k job.
Glenn and the service was great. The pricing is preventing me from moving forward at this time. I do understand the longer I wait, the higher the cost.
I never received a written estimate that I could forward to the condo board.

The representative that came to my home was rude and pushy. he made comments that made me feel uncomfortable with him. He was dishonest from the beginning so i am not interested with your company

Pricing. Other companies doing the exact job were lower in price which the homeowners insurance would cover.
I really would have liked more information and a closer look at our foundation and slopping floor issue, rather than the focus becoming about paying $1,500 to get a kitchen designer out. Before even talking about kitchen renovation and paying for a designer, I would prefer to get an idea of what we could be in for with the sloping floor.
Both professionals with whom I spoke represented well. My only concern is my personal finances.

The driveway will not be repaired or replaced at this time.
I can’t say anything about the products because the project has not begun yet. However the project manager was knowledgeable of my issues surrounding my deck and even made a call to Sherwin Williams about their paint and stain in which was put on my deck by another company 2-1/2 yrs ago and it looks terrible. I just hope that when your company do the project I will be satisfied with my deck and your workmanship.
THE PRICE WAS HIGHER THEN OTHER LIC. CONTRACTORS FOR THE SAME JOB.
Hours late to my home tied up my day.No ladder to assess the damage on the roof.Just poor over all period. Look like you all need new Managment no pride in your company.
I am awaiting a couple other proposals, won't make a decision before mid-next week.
It was a small job I needed help with. I wish the rep had told me up front the minimum amount. Then I would not have scheduled and waited around 21/2 hours for an estimate.

iT TOOK A WEEK TO GET MY RECEIPT AFTER I MADE THE DOWN PAYMENT. nEITHER DID I GET AN APPROIXMATE STARTING TIME FOR THE JOB.
