I would have like the salesperson to show me some door options before sending me the proposal. Most of the other companies showed me a sample of the door and how it was made. Also, it was 3-4 days from the time measurements were taken and I received the estimate. Based on just the proposal, I really wouldn't have any idea what the end product would have looked like. I probably also wouldn't have been able to get the project approved by the HOA.

No, the gentleman honestly told me that the flooring would have to be fully replaced at a cost which is prohibitive for me since I am selling the house and cannot afford this "improvement." Thanks, anyhow!
I had to wait 6 days for a quote. And I’ve sent emails asking for more information after I received the quote but haven’t received a reply to those yet for the past week. My confidence is extremely low as a result of your lack of response. This is not a professional way to run your business. But I expect this feedback will go unanswered by you as well.

Hi, yes - I have had 3 other estimates that were all well below th $48k that I was quoted as an estimate. I’m sorry but I had to go with another contractor
To start, the meeting times were quite mixed up with the company and afte rescheduling with me, they showed up a day earlier which almost conflicted with another appointment. Not that big of a deal but I asked for an estimate for my deck, which was supposed to be free. The salesperson never bothered to do measurements or anything for my deck and just through conversation with me realized that I was also getting my bathroom done by another company....he immediately tells me that there is a charge of $1450 to get an estimate draw up and get plans for the deck, then he went to TAKE MEASUREMENTS OF MY BATHROOM AND WROTE UP AN ESTIMATE!!! ??????

The pricing was way over the top. beltway Builder was charging $1,078 for painting two doors windows, and putting up three lights.
Another Handyman contractor only charged $400.
Yes, absolutely. You wanted to charge me $950 to repair the screen in a door. That is rapacious. THat's MAYBE a $200 job. I won't be back.
