The gentleman was nice, but you don't come with enough information about remodeling. You have materials to choose from, no design ideas. Your prices are too expensive

The price quoted for the work to be done was entirely too high. We will consider reaching out to your company at the beginning of any future projects. You present yourself as a quality contractor.

$1,200 to secure two small pieces of aluminum siding is ridiculous. I’d take my 69 year old body on that roof before I’d pay that amount of money for such a small job.
Price was $ 2200 lower with other provider using ProVia Aspect Windows and ProVia steel doors. Better fit for my budget.

First name removed showed up for an hour and a half quote and left 15 minutes later telling me he had an urgent job that required his attention. He asked if I would like to have another project manager come out to quote the other jobs I was interested in. I have not heard from him or the company since other than emails asking me about the quote he did in a hurry.
No longer interested. You fail to provide what I requested, an estate for the total cost
of building the concrete porch and the roof that will cover it. The $3000 upfront cost for securing a permit should be included in that total estimate cost.

I received a proposal for $1200, did the job myself for $35.00
This is the 2nd time I have had your company come to give me an estimate for work to my home. Both estimates were so high I could not consider them. I had other bids and all were thousands under yours. I just want a deck power washed a painted. The house is large but I’m not a millionaire. And the estimator inquired about my investments like silver etc. none of his business and I knew right there I would never consider your company. I feel like you are taking advantage. This house could be a good advertisement for this job because it’s on a beautiful piece of property. In this economy and your prices I don’t know how you stay in business! Respectfully, Name removed
