Still haven’t received our quote or any follow up email. I reached out to your PM to follow up with her and have been ghosted so far. As a PM in the construction industry myself I view this as unacceptable.
The Project Manager arrived on time and understood the task.

Yes, I found you through Home Advisor who priced the installation of a patio door at $467. Your representative quoted me a final price of approximately $886, why would I pay you the price of an additional door, and installation charges. Sorry, my door was install, and working perfect. Your representative didn't think anyone else but him could do it right. He made it seems as though he wanted me scared into having Beltway do the work.
Restoration price was a bit much for my small deck. ($6,900.)
We will stop to put roof gutter improvement.

The consultant never showed up. He called had said he was thirty minutes out than called back 15 minutes later saying he it a curb and got a flat. I assume things can happen but honestly it sounded like he really didn’t want to come.

Never got a proposal/ two times they verbally said gutter cleaning / I want replacement! Don’t bother calling. Oh couldn’t even send someone out to personally meet with Me. So long
I like that the representative listened to my requirements provided the options available. Bill is great at what he does. I've recommended Beltway to my neighbors.

Great professional estimate, I passed on the proposal due to budget issues and the price being a bit high, but definitely was convinced there was value in the product and service.
Your Project Manager, Glen Strunc, was patient in explaining everything to me. As a senior citizen, i appreciated his patience. I will recommend this company to all my friends. Best estimate experience ever!😊 and will use again.👍🏼
