All the work you wanted to do to my gate i felt was unnecessary. My post were fine and I only needed 1 gate $2400.00 was absolutely ridiculous.
The gentleman who came to my home was very professional and knowledgeable about my roof and your products and repair/replace procedures. He is an asset to your company.

Need more estimates than just 1. I paid $20,00 a year for what? Not paying an additional $100.00 for additional estimates, totally ridiculous.
How Mr. Mitchell presented the entire process from selection of materials/products to the completion of the job.
Scheduling the estimate was difficult because your call center personnel made several mistakes. It took 3 trys before the estimator came to the property.
You are unable to provide the windows that I require for my basement window replacement project.

The representative came out 7 business days ago and completed the inspection. I have not received the estimate not a return email or phone call.
The fact that Beltway Builders can do the whole job. I don't have to hire some else to do one pat.
The efficiency and knowledge of the person taking the estimate
The representative Darryl was very prompt and professional. He explained the process and timeframe of everything. He is a definitely a great representative for the company and hopefully looking forward in working with the rest of the team once the estimate is worked out.
Price was not competitive
A competitive estimate from another firm was made, explained, accepted and signed into a contract long before you could fit my into your schedule for an estimate. I just didn't want to wait.

I like that they contacted me immediately about an appointment for an estimate. You would be surprised how many companies don't contact you back after an inquiry. Also, the man who came for the estimate was helpful and knowledgeable.
