Was there something specific that wasn't on target to meet your needs?

The rep from Beltway Builders was nice enough to come out his name was Will... However after walking the property looking at the work I need it done and promising to have a price quote email sent to me... It's been 2 days and no email as of yet with the comparisons I asked for... I went in the house to grab something and put the dogs away came back and he already left without saying goodbye and I'm pretty sure he didn't even ask for my email address... I guess there wasn't enough cash in it for his company with just over 70 feet of fencing needed at $80 a foot

Overprice. The guy who came to do estimate was nice and professional but the estimate was way above others.

Well, I explained on the phone what I needed only to hear from the gentleman who came to my door that the company no longer carries storm windows. What a giant waste of time!

Also, the gentleman who came to the door never introduced himself, or showed me a business card, or even had any papers from the office. Just walked in empty handed.

We chose another company.
We weren't too happy with our experience when we booked an appt for someone to come out and go through products and he had a very little window of time to spend.
My husband took time out of his work schedule to be here and we didn't have much time to go over products.

Then, we didn't hear back for our estimate until I called to see where it was.
