We're waiting to receive the estimate from Dave to help us determine the exact size & material for
the deck we want & patio/walkway we want installed.
I was not impressed with your services and the rep could hardly walk or able to perform at a professional level. I will not be needing your services.
It's been almost 2 weeks and i have yet to receive an estimate on the cost to build the requested addition.
Never showed up and never called.
I talked with other people who had a great experience with Woodland Windows. Jeff, who came by to take a look at our project, was in and out quickly, but he did answer our questions, and we know that we can visit the showroom, which we intend to do, to look at the exact windows and doors he is suggesting for our project.

I was promised an estimate an hour after the evaluation. I still have none, days later. I have no explanation.
First name removed was professional and polite, took his time to explain what your company offered and address our needs. Unfortunately, There are two company that have bids in the $7000 to $8000 range. We would however recommend your company or consider you in the future.

No real discussion of possibiliies. Late arrival. Should have received an email about cost and estimate breakdown. Totally unsatisfying

The Beltway Builders representative, David Collins, was very unprofessional. He did not represent your company well at all. He talked over my husband and I as we discussed what needed to be repaired. He was not helpful about what your company could do to repair our plumbing and ceiling. Additionally, when he first arrived he immediately asked to use the bathroom. This is very unprofessional especially due to the COVID-19 precautions that everyone is doing to remain healthy and safe. Needless to say, we will not be moving forward with your company or recommending you to anyone else. We feel you should definitely consider using someone else to represent your company for initial visits with customers. It truly makes a difference. First impressions are lasting impressions. We were not impressed at all.

Proposed cost for a simple drywall repair was unaffordable.

Your technician only looked at online reports, not on site visit, before complaint a quote. They copied and pasted structural engineer's recommendations with no explanation. Amount quoted for a structural engineering survey was 4 times what I have paid in the past, leading me to believe that your company's estimated are wildly out of sync with reality. I have no confidence your company has the skills or understanding to undertake the job..
