Had appointment with Beltway Builder yesterday and they didn't show up the first time they canceled because the vehicle broke down

Quick response to finding solutions and the willingness to handle the job (asbestos removal, drywall repair, replacing flooring) as discussed.
My appointment window was 1130 to 1pm. You wait until 1015 to tell me I have to reschedule because one of your employees doesn't show up for work. I know things happen, but there should be contingencies in place for such events. I took off of work to accommodate this appointment when I could have done something else with that day. Now I'm supposed to believe that you will perform the service I'm requesting in a timely, efficient and professional manner. First impressions are everything to me, especially when I'm spending my hard earned money.
They sent a guy who had no idea of the job, the guy stated they have a team meeting every Friday and will get back to me it’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t heard anything back. Smh.
Estimate was significantly higher than others that I had a pain
The agent was prompt and polite. She took interest in taking measurements and listening to the potential design for the laundry, kitchen, 2 rooms and recreation living area. Made possible suggestions and went further online to establish likelihood of such door fittings incorporated to maximize/optimize bedroom access and living room spaces. Looking forward to the free designs estimate. The flier mentioned a possible 18 months grace period of payment that could be very handy considering recovery from 2Phone number removed Covid-19 related financial slump and recovery.
Our consultant was very professional and answered all of our questions when other companies could not. He was friendly and knowledgeable and even followed up with certain aspects of the project he was uncertain on.
This is my first time using Beltway Builders, Inc.'s, so far the service/ products meet my expectation.
The price was the highest estimate we received.
We have yet to receive our estimate on this privacy fence installation from Matthew Lucas the salesman and project manager who continues to say he will send it via email. I emailed and called just this morning and he stated he will do so. And so far nothing has been received. He came out to my home on 6/19 and today is 6/23.

The man who came out was condescending and not very helpful. We are very experienced with home renovations and he kept repeating things to us that we had already told him about (again in a condescending way). We are also not going to pay $1,500 for someone to give us an estimate.

Haven't used you all yet but Billy was professional and honest and I can appreciate his character and commitment to do a good job. I have to get approval from my condo association first for the work I need done but when I do, Beltway builder Billy will be the first one I call.

The job I’m looking to have performed is a smaller job rested to a home inspection / house sale and Bill Mitchell , project manager, has been very collaborative in working with me to figure out an appropriate solution with reasonable cost. Did not break down the job. Would have liked a price for labor (what they were doing) and price for material. All he told me material would cost allot so the job would cost more.
