Their customer service was quick and responsive. Jason who came to evaluate the work was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and came right on time! Since then we’ve been communicating by email and so far I like what I see. Allied Restoration gives me the confidence they are a well established company, with experienced professionals and it turns they also do plumbing, HVAC, electricity, custom doors, gardening and more.
Glenn arrived arrived late and he has never called me back like he said he was going to do yesterday.
Never got a quote after their visit. Guess it was a waste of my time.
Prompt and timely keeping of appointment for work estimates, straight forward review of the work I need done and fair pricing for the service. I would gladly call them again the next time I need a job done.
The agent who came in was not pleasant. He declined to wear musk, he was in a rush.

Way too expensive
Mike Hendley was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and respectful. We look forward to getting this project underway and hopefully using Allied for future projects like a porch!
Cost was more than we were looking to spend. May try to purchase and install myself.
I thought the price was a little high. The gentleman that came out was nice and professional. Was ready to move forward on the project but it was about 1,500 more than I expected.
No one showed up for my appointment to give my estimate and I received no follow up phone call or email, until this one.
Past experience with family buisiness
The estimator showed up and took measurements. Stated that I should receive an estimate within hours, or no later than 24 hours. Still have not received the estimate.
Estimator did not show up. Called and said he was running late and gave me a quote over the phone without looking at the project. The quote was ridiculous, and gave me the impression he did not want the work. Glad he did not waste his time or mine.
Ryan was very nice and informative. I was quoted a better price and a quicker delivery.
I need to get additional quotes before making a decision.

The flexibility to schedule a time to come and get information for estimate was terrific and appreciated. I was told I'd have the estimate the following day, but it hasn't come. When I called to ask about it the customer service rep was not pleasant and acted like I was disturbing her. I was told I have to follow up with the inspector directly. I didn't have to chase him down. You all should contact him and find out what's up then let me know.
