The sales rep (Ryan) was very nice and not pushy at all. He spoke well of the products and the owners. We are not sure we will get this project done this year, but we will definitely use Woodland when we do get it done.
Well I would like to see a project proposal.
We really have not even begun the contract work but Mike has been amazing. He has been so thoughtful in his explanations of things and even has helped me navigate the whole world of homeowner claim and mold remediation.

I was given an estimate to completely replace my front steps for a half inch gap and some soil erosion. The service rep was more interested in selling me new steps than fixing the issue with a reasonable approach. He told me that the polyurethane repairs are all fake and that all of my other estimates recommending the use of polyurethane were frauds. He avoided answering my questions and was very glib. I will not do business with this company. No - thank you.
No beautiful presentation by David. Out of our budget.
I specifically asked for an estimate on a wood deck and he insisted on giving me an estimate on composite. He did not give me the estimate I asked for....
Double the cost I wanted to update not buy a new houee
Very professional and nice sales person came to the house.
Our quote for our windows was 2x what we expected. Our friends who have a bigger house and similar size windows used your company 3-4 yrs ago and our price was double what they spent. When I asked my sales person why, he said window replacement was expensive. We got a competing quote for similar windows and it was 10K less. And it seemed there was no negotiating in the quote.
I wanted a full bathroom redo and was shocked to find you you didn’t include a toilet. I was offered to have a “friend” put in a toilet.

just doing other things, like flooring first - and in stages. We were super impressed with Gabe. He was very professional, and knew his product. ANswered all our questions and was very prepared. The quality of your product and the service looks superb. It just might not be in our budget at the moment. We'll keep our estimate on hand though, and be in touch if we decide we can work it in to our plans as they progress. Thank you so much.

I will have the BBB and my lawyers to contact you all. Beltway Builders is an unprofessional company. Individuals that work for Beltway Builders are Jokes. I want my $2700 money refunded to me. At lease the other companies are honest.
My estimator came out on a day I wasn’t available and quoted me a price that afternoon then he came back when I was here and I still run half his “from that visit
The pricing was steep, even after I buy the materials
