Was there something specific that wasn't on target to meet your needs?

I made an appointment weeks ago for an estimate of the cost to have my asphalt driveway sealed. Waited weeks, and rearranged my affairs for the day of the appt. On that day, your guy called me to say you do not do that type of work. Couldn't have told me that weeks ago? I wasted weeks, and your service is, of course, terrible. And to top it off, as I was describing my driveway to your guy, he hung up on me!

The estimate came in four times higher than the contractor that we are using. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!
