Yes! I called the office at 1:30 pm because salesperson hadn't showed up. It was clarified that the 1-2:30 pm was the window for arrival. The lady who answered the phone told me that she would call the salesperson and get back with me. That didn't happen. I called back at 3 pm and spoke with another lady who asked her coworkers to see who I had spoken with. She found out that Darry was in Upper Marlboro, 3:00 PM, at his first appointment and that he was double booked! She told me that he said that I had time to go get lunch and return. I decided that after waiting since 1:00 PM that I wasn't going to wait any longer. For future reference, better than average communication is the key.
