Your professionalism and flexibilty
The agent/ sales person who came out was Matt and I thought he was friendly, intelligent and honest. I liked his approach. He is a good representative of your company.
I thought I was hiring a company that was was cutomer oriented and professional in their execution of their work. I have from the beginning estimate (which I need to be revised a second time been disappointed with Belteay Builders. I was told a crew of 3 to 4 people needed to come into my property to complete my projects, one installer showed up with his wife! The work Mr. Ronnie performed was anything but acceptable on my provided VFP flooring as per pictures I emailed 4 times to company. Mr. Angelos (scheduler) said he didn't care about how upset I was about the install and would refund "Every penny" of my deposit. I would need to sign a release prior to refund, still waiting for release2 days later!! This experience has been anything but Professional!!
I really appreciate the professionalism of your representative. He was friendly, informative, and took his time to measure the floors. I look forward to receiving his quote.

Suggestion was I find a millwork to replace the door only. Your prices were very high.

Another supplier came out to do an estimate and offered to do it on the spot. Since at that point I hadn't heard from you, I just went with him. (Btw, you were about $75 cheaper as I found out when I got your estimate a few hours later). No hard feelings - I'll consider you again in the future if anything relevant comes up...
Yes. The estimator came out two weeks ago and I still have not received an estimate. Terrible, terrible service. Will never recommend your company.

The representative who came to do the estimate was incompetent about the job I wanted done I requested two estimates and it s charges and never received it The common courtesy of being spoken to with respect and knowing how to not talk at people but to them and to listen especially even you think you know what’s best so let’s agree to disagree when a unsigned contract is sent to my email which is quite presumptuous to think that I would consider doing business with this company Thanks but no thanks
Yes, YOUR PRICE!!! For 11 x windows with nothing crazy special (just sliders) to give pricing of 35k is a HUGE 'No, thank you'.
We would have loved to support a local business but not for arm n leg pricing.
Mr Howard Bottiger came out for an estimate and he was very personable and professional.

I am going woth anothet company
I did not like the color of the handles that are going to be put on the windows, I feel the color does not look well with the interior color for our house and it will make the windows look cheap,
The representative, Matthew, arrived within the appointment window. He sent a text with his estimated time of arrival. This was a day when Hurricane Ida was in the area along with tornadoes. He was professional and efficient. I will use this company for my home projects in the future.
