Didn't arrive for estimate when scheduled. Sent pictures the waited no action until I called then 3x the highest estimate I received and 4x the lowest estimate. This tells me that doing the work wasn't important.
A bit out of my budget. Very professional and likeable estimator. Still.under consideration.

Company breached signed contract by not agreeing to perform work agreed upon for price listed on contract. Original agreement was for $828 they sent another employee out to verify job details from previous project manager and was told that job would now cost over $3,000. Highly disappointed in companies customer service after not hearing from anyone at company in over 6 weeks and how they are handling my attempts to have my deposit refunded.

In the first meeting with two candidate contractors, we shared much information about the project but neither contractor was demonstrative about interest or capability for our project. That may well change as they further understand the plans and project.

The quote was outside the range I was looking to spend on this project.
The person was here maybe a total of 5 minutes and quoted me $3600.00. It was an OUTRAGEOUS price and I felt he didn't take the time to actually look at what was needed. No pictures or anything of the damage.
I would not recommend your company based of that reason only. I cannot speak on the work your company is doing.

I think we were treated fairly and professionally but the project just doesn’t fit our budget.
David Friia was rude towards me during cosultation/estimate. When i asked him about veteran/military discount... told me 10% & our company has to make money!
First off...my deceased 100% disabled Vietnam veteran only made $60 @ month plus additional $30 combat pay in the 1960's! Got shot, blown up & captured(POW) to protect the women/children in the United States of America!
Mr.Friia most likely never served in our military!
I am a Gold Star widow & firmly believe all men should serve at least 2 years of military service for their country!
Suggest you keep David Friia in a back office & far from field interviews with prospective clients.
The contractor showed up and left without doing the estimate and not informing me. I was 5 minutes away from my house and I told him to hold on and he agreed but left without any notice. Poor customer service.
