I was called the morning of the appointment and was told it needed to be rescheduled.
The Program Manager,BIlly,was very rude and disrespectful and my floor was done wuth defected material and they still have not adequately completed my floor and I should be refunded.This has been my worse experience in dealing with contracted employees and Material Management needs training in speaking and delivering service. I have little confidence in this Company but the Secretaries and Supervisor,Dawn give you hope and respect. However my floor is less than 6months old and crumbling .

We'd scheduled an estimate, they called to change it. It's just unprofessional, and when there are so many other options out there, one drop of unprofessionalism is enough for us.
Quoted over 5k for 88ft chainlink fence no gates. Long fence quoted 2k.

Patricia came to the house last week to look at our project, but we haven't received an estimate yet.
Provide a better explanation of the basis for your pricing, and allow your estimators to be able to explain that basis. Also send representatives to potential job sites who can actually do the estimates.

Just more than we want to spend… probably in line with the market but we may need to figure something else out. We have three bathrooms and a kitchen that need updating and we can’t afford prices like that. But thank you for coming out.
Price too high
The one and only reason is that the price was way way to high, sorry to bother you.
Price…. Going with cable trolleys. They are about 2% of the cost of the fencing, and they won’t interfere with mowing. The estimator was good, but it isn’t the right solution when roof replacement and well pump replacements are looming.
The worst
