Scope of job was much bigger than we expected
When I walked into the showroom and met a few of the staff they struck me as genuine and individuals I could trust to do business with.
I asked for clarification on the quote and have not yet received a response. As a result, it is very difficult to use your services if you can't respond to a question.
The service man is very knowledgeable.

You made an appointment for me and an hour before time a rep called and told me that you have a minimum of 700.00. I was not told that when the appt. Was made so he did not come. I WAS DISAPPOINTED.
The Graboyes estimator was knowledgeable, professional and efficient, and answered all of our questions clearly. This was in marked contrast to an estimator from another company, who took more than two hours of our time to deliver a long, sleazy and totally unprofessional sales pitch.
The questions were quite vague and not appropriate to the Participant.
