Nothing at all the guy was on time and very pleasant! He also told me about other services you offer which was good to know. Right now I’m just getting prices to try and fit it in my budget.

I think I spoke too soon the guy appeared great came here , very nice, seem like he was going to get me some good info I contacted him a few days later because I have not heard back he told me he was still checking on some things and I’ve yet to hear anything so actually I guess I’ll take back what I said earlier. I thought I would’ve heard something by now. I’ll move on And check other local contractors

Very satisfied with interaction with company. Just not able at this time to afford the repairs. We are going to revisit the repairs to our steps in the spring.
I needed help with a window seal issue on a glass roof. The estimator was very professional and nice. However, his project manager quoted a ridiculous price for the job. At that level of the organization there was no concern for the customer and the customer’s situation. The estimator was a 10, but the project manage was not. I do wish Beltway Builders would reconsider.

I'm still waiting for the second estimate. Received the quote for the from walk but never heard back about the concrete work on the patio out back. Emailed Eric but no reply.
I also did not like your contract. I would never sign a contract that said I may not talk about any complaints that I have about the work.
Ordered dog cable trolleys for lower cost (2% cost of quoted fence estimate). and greatly lessened interference with mowing patterns. It’s a way better solution for us. I should have known better than to waste my time with a general contractor estimate (unnecessary overhead and supervision). I will go strictly with specialty contractors from this point on. Beltway Builders obviously did not want this project.
The estimator provided a verbal estimate of the project cost and was going to email me a detailed proposal with the specifics for me to review. That was not done. His verbal cost estimate is significantly higher than others that I have received . So I will not be contracting with Allied
I believe the bid was too high for the work to be done.
It was just easy and relaxed, I never felt like I was just a sale or a number that had to reached.
Quote was much higher than I had hoped and more than I can spend.
Price seems a little high for what i want. :-)

Allied Restoration's estimate for our work came in significantly higher than another contractor's, so we had to go with another contractor for our work.
