You took more time than the others for a technician to come for estimate.
We had 3 estimates by that time, and had hired a handyman/roofer.
Texas Greg was an awesome representative for Beltway Builders. He provided information about the services we are currently seeking, and others that we may seek in the future.
I like the proposal, but want a little more detail about the removal and replacement of the skylight such as replacing the skylight up to 11 ft.2 and using the bundle of shingles we have that match our roof. Also will you add drywall ceiling with AFD present and dehumidify that area? Will the painting of the ceiling include 2 coats and do minimum skim coating to fix minor repairs on ceiling? Further will you furnish a nd install R13 insulation?
I think these details need to be put in the contract prior to our signing it. Thank you.I
The pricing was a little too high.
Your sales person was nice. I would have preferred if he had all the samples needed with him when he came by. I have to contact someone else for the countertop samples. That’s a bit of a delay in deciding because, let’s face it.. I’m busy, and if I have more steps to take, I’m less like to follow through.. but this is important, so I’ll continue.
Prices are too high and very unreasonable
We had a very good experience with the rep that came out but the window was more than we wanted to spend for this project.
The representative was knowledgeable, answered my questions and gave advice.

I had no idea what was happening in my kitchen and they have been so helpful finding the right services to call.
The estimate was so high that I believe that Beltway Builders is gouging people.
Dave came out for an estimate. Never sent one, evan after 1 gave him one week before I requested it again. Crickets!
No one ever got back to me after coming out to look at the work that needed to be done. I never even got the estimate for the work. No one even contacted me to say that they couldn’t do this type of work. So no I would not refer this company to any one.

The guys who came out were prompt and professional. The estimate they sent was expensive, however, so we’re still thinking about it.
Not comfortable about giving deductible before getting approval for work by the insurance company.
Waiting on other estimates
