Eric, the guy who did the estimate, was very nice and efficient. He was even nice when I told him I was going with another company.
They were pleasant and efficient in setting up the appointment and conducting the estimate.
Patricia was fine but the quote was a bit out of my price range..sorry..I chose another company who is a little cheaper..thanks
We haven’t received a quote yet, so not sure if we will be able to move forward or not. The estimator was nice and knowledgeable.
The measurement person did not show up at my home on Monday 1/9/22, so I never got a quote. Shame on you all.

The price
The cost was way out of line for the specific job we needed completed. We were able to get it done with another company for less than half the price and are very happy with the results.
Communication was lacking..
very high pricing, plus the installer guy was not Profesional at all.

Quite the opposite! I was impressed with your company's honesty that I didn't need new siding! Because of that, I will absolutely keep you all at the top of my call list if/when we ARE in need of major repairs to our newly acquired, but old, home.

Did not follow up
No one showed up during my scheduled appointment (between 4-5:30p on Wednesday, January 5, 2022).
After meeting with your rep on Tuesday we never received an estimate. Guess you weren't interested.
The representative was very professional and helpful.

I requested a quote for the cost of my building, no quote was given or even attempted. I had drawings and requirements listed. They were refused and I was informed of how Beltway builders handles insurance claims and given papers to sign that would give beltway builders full control of any and all insurance settlements. I thought this was extreme and questioned the procedure. The answers I received were not direct to my concerns. I contacted my attorney and he advised me what course of action to follow that was in my best interest. I will not be meeting or conversing with any more agents from Beltway builders for this project.
I replied to the reminder for the 8:30 Saturday 8th of January 2022 meeting that I was cancelling it.
They never sent me an estimate after coming to my house. He was great in person then I got ghosted. I've now gone with another company.
