So far,
I have been impressed with the customer service of Dave and the quality of products that Beltway Builders, Inc. offers.
I am very pleased with the work that was done at my home.
I heard nothing back once you came to give an estimate. I have emailed and called but got no response. I understand if you aren't capable or willing to do the work, but you should at least follow up and let us know that.
You came out to look at the project but no one ever contacted me back once you were here. I get it if you aren't interested in the job or you can't do it, but you could at least let the customer know that.
When I asked your agent to speculate about the source of the leak, he said "If I had X-ray vision I would be hanging out outside of a girl's sorority."
Ugh.
He said they would have to rip apart my floor until they found the leak. they could maybe get to me in a couple weeks.
Double Ugh.
Fortunately, I found a company that has x-ray vision, and they were able to tell me, the next day and without ripping up my floor, that the source of the water wasn't a leak, after all.
Disgusting misogynists, AND incompetent.
Very courteous and informative Rep who was very helpful in offering possible suggestions.
The gentleman that met with us was very professional, he understood our needs made a few suggestions and got the quote back to us in a very timely manner
Your rep came to our property took measurements and we have not seen nor heard from him since!! That is why I would not recommend your company to anyone, no follow or follow thru.!!
Never showed for appt.
Mark came here, within 2 hours we called him back and asked him to get started. He said he would call back and set up the plumber. he answered the phone once, then he ghosted me. No response to email or calls. We have a mold issue, time is of the essence.
We wasted time waiting around for you.

The contractor that visit my home on last Saturday was on time very informative & helpful this is why I decided to go with Beltway Builders
Would not provide an estimate for repair work.
Did not show for the first appointment. Was told it was not scheduled correctly. Then you were about a 1/2 late even though you give yourself a 1-1/2 hour window
A gentleman came out to my home on Wednesday of this week to see what’s required to do my staircase project and stated that I would receive a quote no longer than Thursday of this week. I have not heard anything from him nor have I receive a quote.
We were told by your rep that he would meet with us, but first he had to go to a job site and while he was there he would call to give a time of his arrival. We have not heard from him at all! So any company that has unreliable people representing them is not the company for us!!

Meet me in the middle with another company price wise
Nobody contacted me or never came
I need to trust any contractor that I hire. I need to know they will show up to my house when they say they will show up and be prepared to work. The representative who was coming to give me an estimate did not show up nor called to tell me they were running late or not coming. That is just common courtesy. This is my first impression of Beltway Builders.
Price was extremely high just to hang a door that was already framed out. Ridiculous
The cost factor was way too high to much overhead
Refused to give me a quote because they felt it should be an insurance claim. Crooks
I appreciated the knowledge and honesty shown by Robert when he gave the estimate for replacement windows. The quality of windows offered also was impressive.

I’m very interested in using your company but I haven’t even received an estimate for the work yet.
I was satisfied with the service; however, I was informed that due to structural issues there is no remedy to what may appear to be a misaligned or sagging cabinet. I was assured that the cabinet is secure and there is nothing to be done.
