All the girls are very nice! They do a great job at Systech.
The cleaning side of Service Master care has been great - 10/10! We love Lesia! She pays close attention to detail, and she's great to work with! Kayla also coordinates with us very well and includes Andreanna whenever there is an issue that needs resolved. Taryn and Andrea have been great to work with (10/10) on the floor care side to resolve the many issues that have come as a result of technician issues. I would rate the floor care technicians a 6/10, which is why I gave an 8/10 overall. Quite often, the techs have to come back to redo work that wasn't done well. Most recently, they had to redo our carpets because they did not put degreaser in the solution the first time. They had to come back to burnish the downstairs offices, hallways, and bathrooms because they thought they just had to complete the upstairs. They went ahead of schedule in the Shipping/Assembly area, which caused one of our employees to walk on wet wax because they were unaware that area was completed. This had to be fixed. Then we recently found that a previous floor care crew waxed boxes to the floor in the Quality attached room and did not strip other areas well causing damage to some of our tiles and major yellowing/build up in other areas. This correction is still on hold while our maintenance tries to work new tile installation into their schedule. Andrea has been out a couple times to take a look at these issues, and Taryn has also stopped by a couple times to get a tour of our facility and help Andrea resolve one of the issues. We really appreciate them. The extra time rescheduling so many things and keeping our offices apart while we waited for the crew to fix their mistakes caused the lower score for the floor care team. Our maintenance labor and materials to fix our quality floors has also dropped the floor care team score. Hopefully, these things will be taken into account on the billing side to offset this cost. I have had to use your company on a personal level and your company was right on top of getting to my home to help with my needs. From a business side you are always right there when we need something taken care of.
Honest feedback...
Had my first experience with your night service last night and was not only completely irritated, but it involved the security of the library. I needed an answer quickly so I didn't have to drive 45 minutes into work or call the police, and after 28 minutes I called back wondering where that quick return call was to be told they didn't get the message or didn't have time to call the staff member in charge of cleaning the library. If I state "the security alarm is going off, I told them not to call the police assuming it was Emma, can you call Emma and ask and let me know so I don't have to call the police about a vandal or burglar?" I kind of need that asap. I didn't find out the answer until 30 minutes had passed and I reported the alarm to the police. After that call was when Emma's night supervisor Andreanna called me to apologize and had the answer the cops already told me. So, in the future "should we call the police?" will be a resounding YES. A lot of laptops could have been stolen, a lot of walls spray painted in 30+ minutes. I could get in trouble for letting 30+ minutes pass while assuming it was Emma and not a delinquent.
Related to the security of the library, she's left the doors unlocked twice. Documented in the comm log and emails to your management. I've had to complain about her not cleaning several times, and it IS resolved when I do, until the next time it's something else.
She's not my employee. I shouldn't have to manage her when I have my own and I don't see her. Kayla does a great job in assuring me the problems are being dealt with, and I trust her that they are, but this survey comes at a really bad time after late last night's incident. I spoke about this with Kayla this morning first thing, and she assured me this would be taken care of and she's good with her promises. I need her night supervisors to either meet that energy and for Emma to be a professional.
All the associates I have come in contact with here at Mercy have done a wonderful job cleaning our department offices, restrooms, and staff lounge. They do a good job at keeping the restrooms stocked with supplies. Also, if there is any special cleaning needs we have they are always willing to accommodate.

The leadership team at Service Master is very collaborative and strive to meet the customers needs. The communication is open and they are very receptive to feedback. We receive many comments related to the cleanliness of our business.

Our housekeeper, Paula, does a thorough job when cleaning the branch. If we ever need anything additional done, she is always willing to accommodate our requests. ServiceMaster is also very efficient when it comes to our last minute COVID cleans.

Management and staff are easy to work with and if any issues arise they are solved immediately but seldom there are any issues. Has always provided last minute help when called on to fill in for Vacations and such.

Great service, quality, communication & rates!
Overall, the team does great. Sometimes trash is missed or sitting on someone's desk, garbage liners laying in different places. Dusting and cleaning divider windows should improve a little. If a desk in mostly cleared, they can dust those desks. It's just the desks that have projects on them that we do not want disturbed.
