Prompt and reliable service
1. Dependable. Consistently here every Friday around the same time.
2 Quality. The place is always looks and smell clean after cleaning.
3. Friendly Staff.
I realize it is hard to hire quality employees, but we have not had consistent folks who we can count on to do their job well and clean our classrooms and other rooms well, especially going through our bouts of sickness that caused us to have to wear masks and not have school on Fridays for a few weeks. There were many days the tables and desks weren't cleaned. That was disappointing. We know you tried to address it and it seems to be better, but it has happened more frequently then I would like.

The work promised was not delivered consistently.
The initial few cleaning visits showed promise; however, the amount and quality of work quickly declined drastically. We often had to clean up after the "clean-up" crew.

We have really been pleased with the cleaning that Jeff Grice and his team have
provided us. Jeff is very attentive to our needs and we really appreciate
his partnership.
The cleaning of the restrooms, floors, and ensuring all of the trashcans are emptied. There has been several instances that the floors do not look to have been swept/mopped and the toilets have not been cleaned. The trash has been left overflowing, especially in the kitchenette on several occasions.
ServiceMaster has been cleaning the common areas in our condominium building for several years. We are very satisfied with their work.

They get the job done in a timely matter and are efficient at their job. They take complaints and requests very seriously and will assist with the customer's needs.
John has been great to work with. Very conscientious, frequently in touch to see if service is meeting our standards and adept at correcting any issues that arise.
