Excellent customer service and met all my needs!

I like the lack of chemicals used. The carpet just feels clean, no stickiness, no chemical or perfume smell. The technician always explains the process, walks the space with me to make sure they are aware of problem areas, and then again checks with me at the end to make sure everything is good. We have used Zerorez many times and have been impressed with the professionalism of the technicians.

The employee was very prompt. He had trouble with the water, but he went to resolve it and had to go get another truck, but the service was A1 and he got a lot of spots and very kind and manageable.

Your service by both Jake and Noah was exceptional. Jake worked very hard to ensure he would do no harm to the fabric on the chair we asked him to clean. He determined the fiber content and other things that would be affected if he used the wrong product. As a result the chair looks beautiful and smells better, too! Noah came to check on some stains that had not come out on the first cleaning. Using good products, he removed or made lighter every stain but one by the front door. We have no idea what made that stain. Noah worked diligently and did not charge us extra for the return trip. Both of these men work as professionals should with the customer’s satisfaction a priority!

I like that every person who has come to clean our couch, chair or carpet has always been so respectful and courteous! I like the fact that things get really clean without additional chemicals.

Upset that price quoted for cleaning In WRITING was inflated by over $100 when technician here. Definitely bad business practice if not illegal. Would have totally canceled cleaning if I had not spent a lot of time moving lots of items out of areas to be cleaned.
