The guys that came to clean the carpet very nice very friendly but the work performed that's what I didn't like I can see the lines or the shape where it was the mattress and where is more traffic I understand that the wear will show but I think they could do I little better job

The spot clean that was requested didn't really seem to do anything. And we have berber carpet so some areas had spots that didn't have spots when they started. Our person was kind and thorough but it wasn't our best cleaning.

I have used ZeroRez for years. I own a white sofa that is 17 years old. It's a Smith Brother's and I love it! The guys from ZeroRez have helped me keep my sofa looking like new! The products that you use to pre treat my sofa before the actual steaming are clean and fresh. The guys are always very friendly and professional. Had a great experience using Zerorez. We asked them to come out for a stain from a shower install. Noah was excellent. He showed me the parts of the stain I thought I had removed with a black light. Noah explained everything thoroughly about the process to remove it and clean the area. He was transparent about all pricing. Noah did a great job and the carpet looks great.

Great technician,very informative about the service and about my concerns of traffic patterns and stains, my carpets came out looking like new. The second time I have used Zerorez, highly recommend.

Service was horrible unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars spot clean and they don’t tell you that when you make the appointment. The guy who came out didnt bother to clean my carpet since I wouldn’t pay extra. My floors were still very dirty after he left. I rented a carpet cleaner and was able to get the stains up he said he couldn’t.

But I have noticed now that the carpet has dried, there is an area that has a significant stain where the carpet meets the tile that wasn’t there before.

Also, there was a stain in the bedroom that looked like it was successfully removed but once the carpet dried, it is more noticeable than before the cleaning.

Great service.

I have been a customer for six years, the last cleaning of the carpet left yellow stains in random places. We do not have pets. Tevin came out to clean the spots and charged me for the spot cleaning! The spots are still there! I initially paid $400.00 plus a $80.00 cash tip to Tevin, then another $45.00 for spot cleaning, which was not successful. Andy, the manager, received the photos of the spots and never responded to my emails or phone calls. I’m done with Zerorez!! You should be too!!! R. Last name removed
