The young man doing work was very pleasant and was careful as I had told him the last time I had had Zerorez the person threw hoses around and marred the walls. I could not wash streaks off and had to have walls in 2 rooms repainted. This young man worked hard and carefully. I was just a little disappointed with a couple areas that are in front of furniture and seemed not to get as clean as rest of carpet. He did tell me that fibers in carpet may have broken down and he did the best he could to get stains out.

The tecnicians showed an hour past the end time of the appointment. So I waited 4 hours. The work was fine. The called me toward the nd of that block of time. But my day was ruined.

I've had my carpet cleaned several times with ZerRez and this was the best clean and service I've received to date.
Even as he was packing his equipment up outside of my home, he noticed water on the floor that he missed while wiping up and took the time to come back to take of it.

I HAVE USED ZEROERZ FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I HAVE TO SAY WHEN SCOTT CLEANED MY THREE ROOMS OF CARPET THEY HAVE NEVER LOOKED AS GOOD. HE DESERVES A RAISE AND I HOPE HE COMES BACK THE NEXT TIME I NEED MY CARPETS CLEANED.

We had our carpets cleaned using this service. It was timely, prompt and efficient. There was no mess and we could walk on the carpets afterwards. Would definitely recommend. We are getting more areas done too.

Did a good job cleaning carpet, but I wished I would of got the deodorizer done
The carpet was still wet 24+ hours after the cleaning. That was very unexpected. I still have things that I can’t bring in yet because it still feels damp

The service provider Corrigan did an outstanding job. We appreciated his promptness. We were not on hold all day awaiting his arrival. My carpets are getting aged now, but when he was finished with the job we fell in love with our choices of carpet in our home. They were revived and made a huge difference in appearance. We like the cleaning process and immediately saw the improvement. The technique that extracted dog hair from our carpet was so very much impressive. We hope to have his service in the spring of 2027.

P.S. It did not take forever for the cleaned areas to dry. Loved getting the house back together.
