Conner Came In And Made My Apartment Look Like A Brand New Floor 10/10 Highly Recommend
The carpets look and smell great, they're much plusher than they were, and it looks like you knocked 5 years of age off of them. The work was done quickly; even with pre- and post-walkthroughs, the team was in and out in less than 90 minutes.
We've used zerorez 3 times and are very happy with the results. They are able to come clean our carpets within a week of our call.
Very easy process and the communication was key from start to finish. We deal with lots of businesses on a regular basis and they always exceed expectations. Thanks again!

The Technician was very professional. He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do, however, he was very respectful in not taking more of my time than needed as I was working from home that day and was on a call when he was doing the work.
All three chairs worked on have the stains remaining that were the origonal reason for the cleaning. The service technician was friendly and on time. The ultimate results was a failure. I would like a full refund. I called to try to get resolution with a person coming out to resolve the issue but was give an appointed almost two weeks out which I found unacceptable and the actual date would not work. No other options were given. Please confirm that I will recieve a full refund or provide an alternative compensation offer.
My carpets always look brand new. They always get my stains out and the people you have working for you are very friendly, helpful and giving me information and being upfront. You’re my company for life.

Our technician was Sam. He was on time from the time he called. His professionalism in his first meeting, seeing the area(s) to be cleaned, explained his steps and then proceeding if no questions from the customer is an asset to him and his company. We were quite satisfied with the service, pricing and professionalism presented thru the entire process of first calling to the end results which is a nice clean looking carpet. Would recommend your services to friends and family.
