The caregiver helped client when he needed the most.
Client daughter was informed that she would be sent an experienced caregiver and was sent a caregiver on her first shift with NND
Anita is a fine staff and likes her very well .
Clt said that the nurse came in but was not qualified to do the requuired task (to hold th colostomy bag) after she informed us of what was required from the RN. She said the Nurse was friendly and nice but was not happy that she did not know what to do.
Lack of response from the Care Services and CG's that werent very good
We have a wonderful team of Gina, Lolita & Marvin caring for my husband & yes, I would recommend NND to a friend without hesitation. To be perfectly honest, we had some "glitches" during the first period at home after First name removed returned from Sunrise.....the concerns were taken care of, especially Kelly Quinn.

My gal is very very good - her name is Chantal.
What can she say ... Everytime she calls in and asks for service she always gets gowri . Everytime we go out she is always so good
Only downside was having different people come in at times. She would prefer consistancy. Has really enjoyed some CG's very much.
The caregiver is great and is willing to try new things. Very helpful and happy to take on any task that clt asks.

CG Kiama is very kind open intelligent and punctual.
