Mojgan, as our main care planner, has been phenomenal - in her communications and ensuring my father's care plan tasks are up to date to meet his changing needs and that the schedule includes familiar faces given my dad has 15 visits from Nurses Next Door each week. We are grateful for her help.
The nurses who are scheduled to help my Dad have been most kind and many of whom my father have gotten to know and trust - Luis Manalo, John Steele, Jenadrine Chamnan, Jennifer Nora, Rachelle Trinidad to name a few - are rockstars in their care of my father.

All the workers are polite. They come on time. They always follow the instructions of the person they are taking care of. Customer service is great. They listen politely to the concerns and try to work with us to accommodate our needs.

Every single person you sent to help us, was 100% professional, extremely pleasant / friendly, and more than happy to do whatever the job required. After the initial scheduling changes, we are hoping that we can keep at least the three ladies we have now, as PERMANENT care-givers, and not have to keep phoning when alternates keep popping up on the eMailed schedules.
