I was in for a state inspection and there appeared to be quite a few other customers in for the same, as well as for other issues. Given that, I expected a long wait and settled in with my coffee and book. Within 20 minutes, my name was called and I was out the door. I was truly astonished! Beyond this efficiency, I have been to Precision Tune previously and have always been impressed with the friendly and concerned attitude of the staff. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable as well. Overall, this was a highly positive experience! Thank you!

The service was friendly and fast. It wasn’t overly expensive and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. Much better than the experience I’ve gotten whenever I go to firestone. You guys don’t have an agreement with “Affirm”. I need you to get one so I don’t have to use firestone. When I can completely pay out of pocket, I come to precision tune.
