The mechanic did a great job on my car. He knew what he was doing and performed wonderfully.
1. They didn’t treat me like a silly girl who knows nothing. I have replaced a power steering pump four times in a vehicle, and I know I was being lied to because I was young and naive. I came off a twelve hour over night shift and they were patient in explaining what was going on with my car.
2. They treated me like I’d been coming to them for years, not panicking and rushing to the nearest auto shop. Very hospitable and pleasant people to be talking with about my car.
3. My car is working! They identified the issue, sent me a video on what they did and how the part works, and plan to check in to be sure everything is still working smoothly. 11/10 service

I came in a little panicked as I was traveling through with two doggos and the AC went kaput. Chris and his team were quick and caring and had us back on the road in no time. Thank you so so much…the rest of the ride home went swimmingly and my doggos sure appreciated the AC working again.

Got an estimate on repairs needed on my 1998 B2500 at PT on1825. Chris let me know that they would not get the parts in time to get the truck ready by eod and that they would get on 1 st thing in the morning. The following day Chris called when my truck was ready. I had front end work done and the truck ran great.
Juan immediately listened to my concern and was able to address the problem in a timely matter. Love the professionalism and expertise displayed by Juan. Amber and team!

My car wasn't running well, i brought it here to get it fixed, my wait wasn't to long but the MSN st the front desk was very friendly and nice, as he told me make myself at home, I watched a movie while waiting. It also had s very appealing smell inside as the owner Amanda Waddell sells scents items, yall should check her out!
