The oil changed took to long. I was in there for almost 2 hrs. I have to use a wheelchair and someone park a motorcycle in the only handicapped spot. Didnt have a handicapped sticker or license plate.
The person that changed my oil didnt put a new sticker on the car when my next serice should be.

Chuck consistently helps me understand what my car needs to keep running smoothly and safely rather than just overwhelming me with maintenance lists. For example in February I needed tires but my brakes actually had a little life left after Precision Tune checked them. He explained the brake life, what reduced pads meant for braking performance, and the timeline to keep me safe but get the most out of my brakes before replacement.
I did brakes, state inspection, and oil change last week. Chuck made sure I was done in under three hours with all work done with attention to detail and with parts better than oem, a better warranty, and cheaper than dealer pricing.
