Assessment of work needed was reasonable for the vehicle age and condition. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and informative. Phone calls were answered immediately. After I decided to have substantial work done, my old car was ready as promised even though many parts had to come from different places.
The personal attention each staff member shows, gives me assurance that the maintenance and care they provide will be their best. And it shows.
When explanation on the process is needed, they're more than happy to ensure I understand the necessity of the repairs. I trust them with all my vehicles maintenance.
Everything was great, start to finish. They got me in quickly, contacted me with a fair estimate, and had all the repairs done in just a couple of hours. There were no sales pitches or surprises. The total bill was exactly what was quoted. The mechanic, Logan, was awesome. He was able to apply some discounts to keep in within reach. Excellent experience!

I was able to get in and out under an hour. I had been to several places and could not be seen until 2 -4 hrs later; although, there was only one to two cars in the bays. Precision had one car int he bay with 2-3 others coming in afterwards and still got me in and out....
