Ty the mechanic is awesome and so talented. Precision has the best customer service and care about their customers. I was traveling and my car broke down. They got me back on the road in one day. Their pricing is very fair. I felt like I could trust them and that's important to me. I wish they were local for me. If so they would be my only mechanic service.

The thing that I enjoy about the service at precision tune auto is the quality of care. I have never had an issue with any of the workers explaining things a few times or speaking with my family about pricing, auto issues, etc. which is comforting and also helps.

My car wasn't running well, i brought it here to get it fixed, my wait wasn't to long but the MSN st the front desk was very friendly and nice, as he told me make myself at home, I watched a movie while waiting. It also had s very appealing smell inside as the owner Amanda Waddell sells scents items, yall should check her out!
