Normally I’m not the type to leave a review, but the customer service was amazing. When I picked my car up they help me fill out the necessary paperwork and also waited till I got there before they closed for that day. One of the managers when I left noticed that my light wasn’t going off, him and his team pulled my car back in and worked on it until they were satisfied with there work, I really appreciate that act of kindness to make sure that I left with a safe car. Thank you so very much guys I will be back with all my cars in the future

Friendly atmosphere and the detailed reports on my inspection about what was wrong with my vehicle.
I went to the Discount Tire up the road for new tires, a balance and an alignment and they weren't able to do my alignment due to it being European and the camera sensors. I don't know enough about alignment to understand but I called Precision Tune and they said they could fit me in if I arrived before 4:30pm. So I showed up, they got my car on the rack quickly, and I was out of there in about 30-40 minutes with a paper that explained everything they did. Did I Google what it meant? Absolutely.
I like how quick and friendly they were while allowing me to squeeze in last minute.
