The waiting area was fit. Drinks and snacks fully stocked and seating looked nice and not hard plastic chairs. Processing in and out was fast. There was someone out front finding those just dropping off and pulled them out. They were willing to put tires I didn't buy from them on my rims. Very happy and plan to use them again.

I went to the Precision to get my car’s oil change done. I was greeted by Shan and he was very kind and pleasant. He did my oil change very quickly and efficiently. I had a very pleasant experience. The manager Mr. Bert also gave me a good deal. Overall I would rate my experience 10/10. Good Luck!

I like that the mechanics are very knowledgeable and thorough in their inspections. The Front Desk associates are VERY friendly and accommodating, Rae is my favorite, sorry guys but I've known her there the longest, BUT Cody and Drew are great too! Love the changes to the lobby to make it relaxing and a nice place to sit and wait. ALSO, getting the Uber ride to my house from the shop when I dropped my car off was a very nice touch. This has been and continues to be my go-to place for car repairs and maintenance.
