The support staff was amazing in getting my car scheduled to be fixed and fixing it in a timely fashion. I had a driver's side shake/shimmy in my 2014 Mustang and they helped replace all the tires and a few supporting structures. The car drove like a charm after that! I could not be more happy with the help I received from everyone there and the price was fair too! I 10/10 Recommend this place to service your vehicle!

they were able to get me in despite being very busy, they fixed a lot on my car only thing is when they replaced the part in my door they fixed the issue but caused a different issue now that door won’t unlock with the key fob. they didn’t track any dirt into my car, they were quick and did really well about calling me with updates.
I went in for an oil change, and they were able to get me in immediately. It wasn't an two hour wait time as usual. I appreciate it.

I’ve been going to this mechanic for quite some time. I like they are near my house. They service is friendly and the guys do a quality work and get it done in a timely manner. They communicate with what’a wrong up front and like pricing is great. When I get it done I know I’m safe to drive away and feel quality work and honest work has been done.

Great customer service
Scott was very helpful, I explained that my son was returning to Maryland and that we needed to get the alternator on his car replaced as soon as possible. Scott took the car in 1 hour before closing on Friday, promised it by 11:00AM on Saturday. At 10:55 Scott called in forming that the car was ready. When we picked up the car I was pleased to receive a Military discount the price was very reasonable .
Due to Scott’s professionalism and courtesy will use Precision Tune again.

All of the staff are so kind. They explain everything to you clearly and provide explanations as to why something needs to be done or not. They do not pursue any large issues without your approval and are upfront about pricing. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. I truly appreciate them so much.
I had problem with my truck and also my daughter's car. Both vehicles were repaired and the service is outstanding very knowledgeable staff I feel very comfortable having my daughter taking her car here.
