Precision did a great job repairing my car and had excellent customer service. I appreciated getting to speak to a person every time I called, and I also appreciated that it was consistently the same person so they already knew my situation and we could deal with things efficiently. The manager Brandon was very friendly, helpful, and patient, and he did a great job answering all of my questions throughout the car repair process. They also held my car for a few days after repairs were finished when I couldn't get it immediately.
