Legitimately the only place I trust to take my car. I moved an hour away this year and still make the drive to see Chris at Precision Tune. Not only are they trustworthy, but it has a cool barbershop feel. Everyone is friendly including the clients and everyone’s always chopping it up having a good laugh while their vehicles get worked on. Best shop in town and again, the only place I’ll trust with my car.

I dealt with Thomas primarily and he was beyond great. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I had some major issues with my truck and he took the time (they are pretty busy there and I can definitely understand why- the grapevine works wonders!) to go over everything with me without insulting my mechanical knowledge. I feel the cost of parts and repair were fair and the work was exceptional. My truck was ready the day after the parts came in. Highly recommend! Ask for Thomas or Shawn.

Tanya was a pleasure to work with an was very helpful in explaining the best and worst case scenarios prior to starting work on my busted AC. On top of that, they got me in immediately as a walk in on a Saturday and finished the job in no more than two hours. Very satisfied!

All the cars I've had for over 20 yrs, this is where I have my car services. The personnel in Cary customer service is impeccable... very cordial, and helpful. There are 2 locations ne me in knightdale but i will always come to Cary..That why I bring them pizza or donuts for the guys who service my car... for that I thank you
