This was my first time at Precision Tune. My technician Daniel told me exactly what was going on with my car, and what he recommended. He didnt try to up sell me something I didnt need which I could really get use to. He was very polite and professionall and I'll be back to see him for all my future services. Thank you guys for being awesome!
It started at the counter, I was greated very kindly. I was concerned about how long the job would be. But after the process was explained to me it settled my nerves. I received a phone call that evening informing me of the status of ordered parts and an approximate time it will be ready.
On the following morning I received another call informing me the parts are being installed and is going for a test run, once it is successful he will give me a call. The final called came in saying I can come pick up my car, it was tested and its running great. In our conversation I was told, " I'm not in the business of robbing people, I'm in the business of fixing cars." Thank you guys at Precision Tune 1570 Old Trolley Road Summerville SC 29485.
I came to them at the end of their workday and they helped me by installing a new battery in my SUV. They did this with excellent customer service and in an extremely timely manner. I was able to get back on the road and pick up my son from football practice on time!
