Precision Tune Auto Care located on Langley AFB has wonderful customer service! I had no appointment and was able to drop off my car 8 AM that morning for a few problems and had an inspection report and quote for service recommendations by that afternoon (delay was on my part due to not having access to my cell phone to receive the information). Parts were ordered and installed and my car was returned to me the next afternoon good as new. I love this place!!!!

Unfortunately this last visit wasnt what I thought it would be. I was under the impression I was getting a full service yearly check up. Including a diagnostic. I was asked if I also wanted an oil change. When my husband picked up the car, all I got was an oil change. I was disappointed.
I will now be making another appointment.

Friendly and honest people work here. Service is very good. Had some employees out so wasn't as quick as usual. Also, couldn't get someone to pick me up when I was 5 minutes away because of low employment. It was raining heavily and I had to cross a dangerous road.
