I liked the customer service and the price for a full synthetic oil change. I will have my oil changed there every time.
Lorenzo at the Hampton location and AJ at the Newport News location tag teamed my car issues and fixed it!! Turns out, my issue was covered under their warranty ( I had repairs done there less than a year ago) and I didn't have to pay over $500 in repairs! I'm very pleased with the repairs and the customer service!
