I really appreciate the effort Josh and the staff put into my concerns about the brakes on my car. Josh noted that the mechanic who inspected the brakes didn't see anything wrong with them, so he took the car out himself to test them. He didn't find them "soft" (my description).

The young lady working the front was very nice...not frumpy or anti-social like at a lot of automotive shops. The work was completed within the timeframe I was told it would be.

I called at 8:45 on a Friday morning because I was having brake issues and I was able to bring my car in right away. Whenever I drop my car off anywhere for an issue I plan to be without it for at least an entire day. They called me at 11:30 that same morning saying my car was ready to be picked up after replacing the brake pads and rotors. This was my second experience with them having my car in and out within hours on a weekend. Very kind and professional employees as well!
