I have a 2004 CRV and it has a lot of challenges. The Precision Tune team worked to keep my car running at the lowest price possible (multiple brake issues). I plan to bring all four of my cars here and will recommend Precision Tune to my friends.

I don't know much about the products, but I've always been given great service, especially after concerns when I felt there was a problem after paying for service that fell short. Jonathan and the guys always listened to my concerns and took action to correct any problem to make sure my car was safe on the road.
I put my full trust in all the guys at Precision Tune. Jonathan is a very strong worker and manager. He runs a well oiled shop!

I was greeted by the Service Manager, Ronnie, and he looked up the appointment I had made previously. He confirmed the work I wanted done and told me when the work would be completed. Since I was with my wife, we went to breakfast while the work was being done. I received a detailed vehicle inspection report, which indicated I had a couple minor problems, so I called the shop to get more info. I spoke with Tres on the call and he checked on the problems with the Technician. Tres explained that no additional work was required right now. I asked if the vehicle was ready for pickup and he said it was. While I was picking up the vehicle, I had an opportunity to speak with the owner, Chas. He shared details of a new system that's recently been implemented in the shop that focuses on customer service and satisfaction. The whole experience was a great one! Being able to easily make an appointment, getting great service at the front desk and getting quality work done by highly qualified Technicians, at a reasonable price, means I'll definitely give this shop more business! I highly recommend this shop to others in the area.
I called both the store on two notch and the one on Garners ferry. Garners Ferry was ready to charge me thousands of dollars by simply taking my word for what could be wrong. Travel on two notch told me to bring my baby in and let her check it out because she believed it could be something much simpler and she was right! Went from $1200 to $200!!! And my baby is running smoothly!!! Thanks Raven!!
