BEST SERVICE EVER !!!! i can’t believe i was ever going to firestone ! the manager here is very well educated in everything about cars and he really takes pride in his customer service . he wants to make sure you don’t waste your money on unnecessary maintenance to the car when it’s not the real issue . and i also want to point out that the prices here don’t even compare to the competitors !!!! if you guys weren’t closed for the holiday weekend i would be there bright and early for an oil change ! this location will now be me and my cars new home for all services ! what a gem ! thank you so much

Shawn Martin and his team were very thorough and professional. They took my vehicle on short notice and completed the repairs the same day. They only stressed one critical issue and did not pressure less urgent services. Overall, I was very comfortable doing business with Precision Tune Auto Care in Gaithersburg and would use their services in the future.
