Your front of house staff have clearly been trained to welcome guests and create an inviting environment. Cheyenne was wonderful. The space itself is lovely. Very clean, new equipment and just peaceful. My only recommendation is to have something where the double suite doesn't have such a long slippery walk back to the sauna.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They showed me around the facility and explained everything in detail where I was able to fully enjoy the experience.
This was an amazing experience. Different with the cold dip lol but we enjoyed everything. This was a perfect way to recover during our bodybuilding competition prep!!

Simple booking and easy location to find. Having to give more information and check in at a kiosk onsite seemed a bit redundant. This could surely be collected at time of booking. The suite was clean and cozy. Appreciate having towels, bath essentials and that the sauna was already pre-heated. There was a small place to sit. Could use more seating or a storage cubby for personal items and perhaps more hooks for towels. Overall, love the concept and will definitely visit again when I can purchase a block of sessions versus a monthly membership.

I love that Sweathous is so consistent. My local studio is a bit better trained in customer service, and it's still a great experience. PGA is simply exceptional.
