The location is clean and beautiful, the equipment is very upscale and the health benefits are remarkable. The staff is very friendly and make the entire experience feel much more enjoyable.
My wife and I loved our contrast therapy session. It was relaxing and rejuvenating. It felt great for all my aches and pains.
I wish I could afford a membership or package deal. It’s just too expensive.
The whole facility was beautiful & spotless, including the sauna/cold plunge room and restroom. I loved the "beauty bar" with the Dyson hairdryer.

I loved the entire experience. I’ve been trying to write a review. The place was clean. I was a bit worried about getting in and out of the tub because of a knee injury and the woman who helped me gave me extra towels and information. It was quiet and relaxing. And, my knee, which has been largely swollen for the last 13 weeks since surgery, has been feeling so much better. I came out of the experience calm and relaxed and slept better than I have in months.

Overall great! Friendly staff, nice and clean facilities. The Netflix account linked to the tv has ads which messed with the peaceful vibe. While you’re in the sauna you don’t want to have to get out to grab the remote to skip ads. I think that needs to be fixed for sure. Other than that, loved it.
This was our first time. The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and informative. The facility was immaculate. We had a great experience. Left feeling relaxed. We will definitely return.

Though, I got the Valentine's day package, and was charged an additional $30, day of, for a guest add-on, which confused me. Waiting to hear back from customer service.
