I enjoyed the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable and catered to. The associate explained everything in detail, as this was our first time going. I also appreciated the cleanliness and the overall atmosphere of the place. The time spent in the room was perfect. Having a timer was so helpful to keep track of our time. It was also nice having a TV in the suite and being able to hear it from the sauna. I have been having some back pain so the plunge was great. Also the vitamin shower was so refreshing.
I love coming here. I get energy. I feel relaxed. I can deal with stress easier. I can also use my HSA card to pay for the service services, which is awesome!
Feel great every time I leave there. Wish some of the rooms had more space but that’s nitpicking. I appreciate that you have quality equipment and it’s clean. everyone is always so nice.

Everything was great
I loved everything about my experience. Getting some bonding time in with my sister after years made this experience so much better than expected. It's definitely on my list of things to do again. This time I will not wimp out after doing the cold plunge for a minute lol.

I felt so relaxed afterwards. It was a great way to finish the weekend. My skin and hair felt so smooth.
Calming ambiance. The quietness and personal space within each pod. It felt like I could genuinely relax and decompress.

Facility was nice, new, and clean.
I like the cleanliness of the facility and the staff is always very welcoming. My only complaint is lack of good water pressure which causes showers to take longer than need be which does eat away at the time since extra time is needed to ensure all soap has been washed off.
Staff was super friendly and the place was beautiful. Will definitely be back soon!

Olivia was wonderful. She was so friendly and eager to explain Sweathouz and its offerings. She also gave me a nice breathing tip when going into the cold plunge.

Ease of booking.
The facilities were very nice. Everything felt very clean. When I arrived there was a very kind receptionist, Grace, who treated me and showed me to my suite and answered all my questions. The experience was great! Highly recommend!
