What matters to me is friendly costumer service and clean room
The experience and vibe is why I like it so much. But I would say that the first location I went to was a lot cleaner than the one I recently attended there was hair in the sauna, brushed up in the corner, as well as dust crumbs on the floor of in the sauna.

I really enjoyed my experience with contrast therapy itself! The room was nice and clean.
My only feedback is that I was disappointed in the amenities you offer post contrast therapy. The hair dryer area felt like an afterthought, which surprised me for the cost and in comparison to both spas and workout studios in the area. If there are Dyson hair dryers, at the very least I expect a plastic comb to use after an experience that involves a cold plunge and shower. It would also be nice to have a space to hang a coat and belongings while using that space. My experience is a bit skewed since I visited while it was 15 degrees in DC, but I was surprised to find there wasn't a proper locker room or dressing room.
The entire experience was epic! The facility is super clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive and the cold plunge, sauna, vitamin c shower felt like a 5 star experience. I would love for one to open in Annapolis Maryland!
I appreciate the no hassle check in, clean room, ability to choose your own entertainment on the speakers, and the adjustability of the temperature on all the elements in the room.

Loved it! It was my first time, staff was super friendly and informative. Facility was very clean, and I loved the amenities - water refill station, cold towels, a plastic bag for wet items. All the little details really added up to an exceptional experience!
