SweatHouz has become my favorite thing to do now. I do the cold plunge for about 10-15 minutes each time and then get in sauna for 30 mins and finish with the cold plunge again. I love the customer service. I love the different locations I can explore. The app is very easy to schedule my appointments. I love everything about this company.

Worthington has been stellar since they opened - my experience has always been pleasant, saunas are always functioning and clean.
Occasionally the cold water tanks need a bit of odor control.
The ladies always are charming and know the preferences of my sauna settings so it’s always set the way I like it when I arrive which is great because it’s the best use of my time.
10/10, as an ambassador and small business owner that’s local I am consistently pushing my patients to give SH Worthington a try.
