It was a new, unique experience for me and I wanted to give it a try. I’m super picky about cleanliness and I felt very comfortable there, which says a lot so thank you cleaning crew. It was relaxing as well. I am proud that I tried the cold plunge today. I didn’t last very long but I did it.

The full experience. Very relaxing although the 1st cold plunge was tough. Not so bad on the 2nd and 3rd plunges. Body felt great later in the day.

I like how calming and relaxing it was. I loved the tv and being able to turn it towards the sauna. It defintley lived up to the expectations. It was a great experience!
The woman that showed us our room was wonderful. The experience was amazing. The only thing i can think to improve would be the floaties and hair in the cold plunge tub(which may be inevitable so maybe turn off the light in the tub because it really highlights them). Also, robes and maybe a tv channel with more going on than the loop of the fountain and maybe some aromatherapy would further elevate the experience but these are all totally not needed as the experience was amazing on its own but just nice-to-haves.

Sauna and cold plunge temps. Didn’t use any of the Bluetooth hook ups. Just relaxed.
Very clean, high end aesthetic
It’s a really cool concept being there for a first time. Boutique like, but the staff were awesome, the room and facilities were really clean, and the environment was great! The recommendation to switch between the sauna and cold plunge was a great call, good to reset the body or a post workout recovery. Would go again with a friend for sure!
