The entire team at Dogtopia in Burlington is absolutely amazing with our Maltese mix. Their attention to detail, knowledge, quality of care and general love they provide to our little guy is unmatched. I recommend them fully to anyone who wants to ensure that their loved one is always in good hands.

I think a little more care and attention are important. Sometimes, when I pick up my dog, the collar is put on super tight or the harness is put on incorrectly (harness not so much a big deal). I also hope Dogtopia will send out any concerns or notifications to dog owners if an infection or anything is going around. I've noticed some tear drops around my dog's eyes when picking him up, and another friend who takes her dog to Dogtopia said the same thing, and he ended up with an eye infection. She started taking her dog to another daycare, and I've been keeping a close eye on my dog. I like how some other daycares provide a daily report to keep homeowners informed of their dog's behaviors and/or any incidents that occurred when appropriate.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Price is great and Teddy had a wonderful time.

You guys are very friendly and I always feel great dropping my dog off with you guys. Wish there was an outside part of the daycare.

Staff is very attentive to all the dogs and the facility is spotless. My dog Ronnie literally loses his mind as soon as we pull into a parking spot in front of the shop, because he knows he's going to be hanging out with his "friends".

I love that everytime we arrive we are welcomed like family. The workers always takes good care of my dog and I know he's in good hands while I leave him there for the day. The location is a plus for me as well.

Unsure. It's my first experience and it was great. But I don't know that I would be comfortable with an enthusiastic 10 at this time.

Introduce more deals and plans for pricing, such as $35 boarding on weekends in the past.
