The enrichment activities and how friendly the staff at the Orlando - Sanford location are. They truly care for my dog. She always comes back happy. When she had an issie one time when I sent her they called me & did what they could to make her comfortable until I got there.

I have always liked the staff who work there and the way they handle the dogs, although I have been disappointed in the recent turnover and miss some of the long term caregivers who seem to have left.

I would really like an option to change daycare plans online so I dont have to call/text every time my schedule changes.
Titus is always excited to go. I really like that I can watch him on the webcam. Before the app update you could access a larger view of the rooms; post update, you can’t increase the size of your view (but you can zoom in).
We’re still working on socializing Titus and he isn’t great with most people yet. He loves the whole Dogtopia team, and that says a lot!
Love these people and my dogs are very happy when there!

Friendly, dog loving staff.
I’m concerned about reports I’ve heard from other pet parents about their dogs being injured while at the facility.
My dog lost 6 pounds while at Dogtopia for boarding which is more than 25% of her weight. I was never contacted about any concerns with eating or bowel movements and told she did great when I picked her up.
Dogs are very happy to go here and come home happy and tired. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Everything! Spa days, water days, bubble days, events like prom, the cameras… it’s all perfect for me and my pup. We love you guys so much! This is her only socialization spot as dog parks make me uncomfortable. We will be here foreverrr!

We requested a nail trim during my dog's stay and it was not done. I wasn't charged for it, the request was just ignored.
