Even after having a problem with his truck with a regulator, he still made it back to our cabin, the same day and apologized. Things happen and people have to understand that sometimes it’s just out of our control.
They monitor my propane tanks and let me know when I run low so I am not without. This is a vacation rental so it’s a great benefit!

The service techs that set up and installed our new gas stove were very professional. Office staff very good.
I am a Downeast customer of 20 years. Small break when I got annoyed with their pricing at the very beginning of the pandemic. So I tried someone else. And found out just how good DownEast is. Most important I found out how comfortable I have been/am with Downeast. I was welcomed back "home" last year. So relieved to get back on the Downeast service plan. They scheduled burner service with a few weeks where the other company was unable to do the service included with their plan for 6 months into the future.
I have been in touch with their office a couple of times in the past weeks to set up my fixed price plan for the coming season. Always available. Always engaged. Always professional.
I will be a Downeast customer (propane for my generator and oil for my heat) until I start pushing up the grass from the wrong side!
