Customer service has been very professional. They explain thing’s clearly and show up on time. It’s refreshing.
Chris came and serviced my furnace last week and did a very good job. It took him several hours to find the right part but he did and got the job done. Good job Chris. I also recently have gotten a device so I can breathe at night, which requires electricity. I called Down East for a propane fill the day before a big storm and they showed up that same day to fill my tanks.
