I like the tech went over my tank with me, showing me how to turn it off, what it smells like, that the gauge is for percent, and I like how they went over my rinnai as well.
Then I liked how for my first fill, it was 3.29 and then when I got my first fill and they wrote 3.99 on the receipt, so I called stated what I was quoted and the lady adjusted to the price that was originally promised. So far so good!
