Excellent. Navigating was a little difficult at first but I soon figured it out. I found what I wanted and purchased it without any problems. I really like my new bicycle and have already ridden it several miles. The local Trek store has been great to help me and have done a good job tuning and adjusting my bike.

I really enjoy how easy it is to navigate your website when looking for any specific bike, part, and/or, accessory. Not really about the website but I love how many option of bikes and frames you offer for so many different kinds of bikes and functions.

I've been riding Trek bikes for years and for my level of riding, have not been disappointed in the performance. And, I've been more impressed by the way Trek honors their warranties. For example, my 5 year old Emonda frame developed a crack near the rear wheel set, and even though Trek was discontinuing that model they replaced the cracked frame with one of the remaining newer Emonda frames - no questions asked. Impressive.
