Great service!
I needed to get a more age-friendly bike, so I finally gave up Specialized mtn bike for an Elektra Townie Go 7D EQ. The flat foot technology makes stopping & standing easy, safe & comfortable. The Class 1 electric assist helps my older knees when I start off or have to crank a serious hill. The shifter and electric assist controls are intuitive and easy to use. The saddle is very comfortable for around town riding and I love the upright posture - was getting tired of the 45 degree body-tilt. The Trek Ecommerce team were a dream to work with, answering all my questions, confirming sizing, etc. Trek shipped the bike directly to me. It was a piece of cake to assemble. Also, I was able to find/confirm key accessories (e.g. back rack) for the bike. The whole experience was great, though not as great as my first ride on the Townie. Thanks, Trek!

Just bought our third pair of Trek bikes. We went from road bikes to cruisers to pedal assist e-bikes over nearly 3 decades. At 70, I’m not sure which Treks we’ll ride text time we upgrade.

I like that I can see items or similar items at local Trek stores/shops when I’m not familiar with a product that I’m interested in online. This has helped a lot with bicycle parts, and more so with apparel when it comes to jerseys, bibs, and fitment. The return policy and option to return items to a store is very convenient. I’ve never felt cheated or hustled dealing with Trek.

I have received good support from the chat system when I chose my last bike and when it came to picking out a system for transmitting information to my cyclometer. Additionally, I had a quick return when I ordered a seat bag that was too small and quickly got a larger option.

I feel so lucky that you had a "unicorn" bike on your Red Barn portion of the site. I had recently lost my beloved 2017 Trek Segafredo Project One Domane, and lo and behold... there it was! A pristine 2022 Trek Segafredo Project One Domane with the added bonus of discs and e-shifting! And my size! What were the odds? Impossible, I would say. My tenth Trek bike is my new love and ready to ride!!! As an added bonus... my heritage is Dutch, and the label on the bottom bracket showed that it had been returned from a bike shop outside of Amsterdam!!
