Besides having some of the best bicycles on the planet, they also have excellent technical and customer service. I own 5 Treks and they keep providing me with happiness. Their apparel and accessories are great, too. Ordering online is super easy and it allows me to pick it up at my local dealer or to send it directly to me. However, the “ride” app is proving to be extremely valuable to me. The older I get (70), the more incentives and prodding I need. The prizes are a super way to keep me motivated and it helps me to put in the miles. I recommend Trek to help you stay healthy and happy!

Concern about the seat clamp. Trek has known about the issue and did not upgrade to the latest revision 4. The Domane I purchased had a rev.1 seat post clamp.
The seat post started creaking a few weeks after I started riding.
I purchased the rev. 4 parts and took it to a bike shop to install.
All is well.
