The product was what it was supposed to be. I picked a pair of shoes on clearance, so it was a great deal. I met the free shipping threshold, if I remember correctly it was due to a threshold. The shoes were a great fit and feel like they will last a long time. They arrived promptly. I love being able to buy direct from Trek rather than dealing with a popular online seller. I wanted a bright color (I don't understand why the vast majority of road-bike shoes are black). I was able to find a better selection and I spent less than I would have if I would have bought shoes from the A word.

The bikes came perfectly packed and ready to go. They are excellent bikes and didn't require much of anything to get going. The tools provided aren't just throw away junk and were useful.

So were talking about the Electra Townie step over 7 speed ,flat black, Tall frame I recently bought. just talking about the assembly of it ,every thing is fitted well together. The geometry of is a good fit for me over 70yrs. old. Oh , and most important I recently found out the alum frame is manufactured in Hamburg Germany ! And most of it as well . So now i'm waiting for my Hamburg Germany sticker to display proudly. I am impressed with the whole Electra line of bikes. Way to go Benno Banziger.

It was nice to explore the available bikes online and have access to the online discounts. I considered going into a Trek store to purchase the bike I decided on, but (a) wasn't sure if they would honor the online prices, (b) didn't feel like going through the negotiation phase of a bike purchase, and (c) knew they'd need to order and have the bike shipped to the store anyway.

Good solid stuff and excellent staff promoting all products. I’ve had a Trek bike for many years. Will prob get a new version one day but with current bike, just went over 14,000 miles…and I am a Senior citizen and veteran.
