Excellent customer service and bikes! Visited a few times and was helped by different staff (Jeremy & Jonathan) who were very knowledgeable about the different e-bikes. Both were extremely patient, transparent and listened to all of our needs and answered our questions honestly. They were not pushy or salesy at all and demonstrated that they wanted my purchase to be based on what I wanted in a bike. Not often when you are buying a large purchase that people are honest and look out for your best interest. I appreciated the entire experience from start to finish and love my new e-bike! Thank you!

I was able to purchase a bike I have wanted, at a price I could afford, on clearance. It arrived very quickly at my local shop and I picked it up the next day. I took it in after 2 weeks to get some bolts tightened, they jumped right on it and had me on my way. Great service from Woolley G's Bike and Fitness.

Trek has gone above and beyond and made it so easy for me. I cracked my wheel and they had one shipped the next day. I have had a couple different brands of bikes but Trek really stands out above the rest. Their bikes are built nice and they are excellent quality.
