The bike was shipped perfectly, well protected, and it arrived before the expected date. It is in as nice a condition as the pictures showed. Everything was there, but it could have included a hint on removing the battery from the frame as the bike has a Allen head to lock the battery compartment so that the battery don't fall out in rough terrain. I was turning the key forcefully but no battery drop down. YouTube helped on that one. I also silconed the battery hold lock in the frame and now with a twist of the key, the battery drops easily. Other than that, no build problems at all. Great bike, Great condition, Great value. I would order again if the opportunity arises.

I bought a Trek Domane SLR 9 Project One bicycle in November of last year. The upper headset bearing was installed upside down, so originally my steering was unacceptably tight. I bought the parts and fixed the issue myself. Tiffany Duffield compensated me for the parts cost with Trek merchandise, so I felt that Trek stood behind its product. I have been very pleased with the bicycle ever since. I had a Trek 5200 that I bought in 1992 that I had been riding until I bought the new bike. The Domane has a great ride, handles confidently and I am about a mile an hour faster than with the previous bike.
